Agile methodologies are here to stay in the world of software development. Easy to understand and very suitable for its application in the software world, given the continuous change of requirements that analysts and developers suffer. This book is a guide that allows a pleasant introduction to agile methodologies, from Lean, Kanban to Scrum. The book is very concrete and does not get lost in unnecessary digressions, following one of the Lean principles that demand the elimination of waste that does not add value. It incorporates a quick manual to get started in the use of Jira. It is also intended to be a support guide to obtain Scrum certifications.

ResumenEl artículo describe nuestra participación en las tareas monolingües del CLEF 2007. Presentamos resultados para los siguientes idiomas: Húngaro, búlgaro y checo. Nos centramos en el estudio de diferentes técnicas de expansión de consultas: Probabilistic Relevance Feedback (PRF) y Mutual Information Relevance Feedback (MI-RF) para mejorar el rendimiento de la recuperación. Tras un análisis de nuestros experimentos y de los resultados oficiales en el CLEF 2007, conseguimos mejorar considerablemente las puntuaciones mediante el uso de técnicas de expansión de consultas para diferentes idiomas (húngaro, búlgaro y checo).
